A service visit and a completed repair are different
A garage door problem can involve the door sections, springs, cables, tracks, rollers, opener, or several parts together. A price for coming out and inspecting the system is not necessarily the total price to fix it. We explain that distinction so you can approve the actual scope before work starts.
What the $69 coupon covers
The emailed Two Brothers coupon is for a $69 service call and inspection, compared with the regular $165 service-call-and-inspection price. Parts, repairs, replacement doors, and installation are additional. Present the coupon when booking. The applicable repair scope and price are confirmed after inspection and require your approval.
Email yourself the service coupon. Phones are answered 6 a.m.–9 p.m. daily, including weekends for weekday scheduling. Service appointments are Monday–Friday.
Why repair estimates vary
- What failed: a remote issue is different from a broken spring or damaged door section.
- Door size and configuration: weight, hardware, and track arrangements affect suitable parts.
- Related wear or damage: an inspection may reveal a connected problem that needs attention.
- Parts availability: an older or discontinued component can change the available repair choices.
- Access and installation conditions: the actual opening and surrounding space matter.
What a clear written estimate should show
Look for the diagnosed issue, the proposed parts and labor, included adjustments, any optional work, and the applicable warranty. Ask whether removal, disposal, opener changes, or additional visits are included when they are relevant. You should understand the total for the work you are approving.
Repair or replace?
Repair may make sense when the rest of the system is in suitable condition and the needed parts are available. Replacement may be worth comparing when there is extensive damage, repeated trouble, unavailable parts, or a planned change in door design. We explain the practical choices without assuming every service visit should become a new-door sale.
How we approach the decision
Two Brothers is family owned. We inspect first, explain the findings, and separate necessary work from optional improvements. We do not promise every spring will last a lifetime or use a low inspection price to imply every repair is included.

An inspection before a recommendation.
Tell us what your garage door is doing. We inspect the system, explain your choices, and confirm pricing before you approve work.
