My name is Koby and I am the proud owner of Two Brothers Garage Door & Gates. I have worked as a technician in the garage door and gate business since 2009. My brother and I decided to open up our own family owned business to provide our customers with the best hands on experience. We strive on customer service and satisfaction and promise that each of our customers will be happy from the second they call us to the finished work. We take the time to learn the issues each of our customers are having with their garage door or gate so we can provide the best solution. I am VERY IMPRESSED with Two Brothers! And this 5 STAR review is long overdue. One of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Met Kobe and Eden in February of 2021 when my garage door opener died. What I immediately liked about Kobe is he was interviewing me. He asked at least a dozen questions because he wanted to install the correct opener with the right options. We went with the LIFTMASTER 8580 (chain drive with battery backup) because I have a tilt up wooden garage door; which gets heavy when it rains. For the last 2 1/2 years the opener has performed perfectly. Then about two weeks ago Rafael came out for a service call when a bolt securing the springs to the wooden frame broke loose. Initially I thought I could do this repair myself, but soon realized I was in over my head. Kobe could not have been more accommodating and sent Rafael to my home after hours. Rafael not only had it repaired in less than 10 minutes, but then took the time to school me on maintenance issues I needed to be aware of. At one point I literally had to stop Rafael from talking and grabbed a piece of paper and started writing everything down. Let me just say SERVICE COMPANIES DO NOT NORMALLY DO THIS. My experience has been most companies do not want you to watch them while they work AND ask them questions. In closing, I realize we are just talking about a garage door. But when it won't open or close... YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. And it's nice to understand the how's and why's when your garage door does not open. This is why I'm writing this review to tell everyone about an EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY: TWO BROTHERS GARAGE DOOR & GATES!

Koby and Eden are just awesome, fair, smart guys. I called them first more than a year ago to see about possibly replacing my cheapo garage doors with better looking doors. They came over right away, gave me an honest opinion and we went over some options. I ultimately decided to hold off, as the option that I wanted was far more expensive than I had planned. Fast forward six months, and I developed a leak in the garage ceiling. The remediation company said, "you gotta take down the garage door motor and mounts, and we don't do that." Koby came out on short notice and took them down in 5 minutes. When I called them to come re-install it six weeks later, they came over right away and reminded me that I didn't owe them anything. Three months later, we had an incident with the car colliding with the garage door that disturbed the door track. I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my own. Who came to the rescue to fix it immediately? These guys. Don't even consider anyone else. These guys helped me out time and time again. They came over on short notice, only charged me fair prices, and are just good dudes.

Our garage door started opening on its own after the storms last week. We aren't very savvy when it comes to electrical wiring so we called Two Brothers to get some help! They came to our house first thing the next morning and fixed the garage door right away! It was great! Super friendly, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service! We'll use them again when we need our older openers replaced!
